Yes. Domain conflicts MUST be entered by ALL authors of a paper to avoid the paper is desk rejected. Domain conflicts MUST be entered by reviewers otherwise they will not be assigned any paper and they will not be listed as members of the Program Committee of ICPR 2026.

Yes. Parts of tables and figures that are out-of-bound the Springer LNCS margins will not be visible in a camera-ready version and should be avoided already at submission. According to common layout rules, a manuscript should be readable without having to zoom in. Hence, the font size are to be followed not only in text but also in tables and figures. We anticipate that it should be possible to present your project and results in an explanatory way to the reviewers and future readers within the allowed 15 pages without pushing limits.

Yes, papers submitted to arXiv can be submitted to the conference as they are unreviewed material.

After completing the submission of the main file, the paper will appear in the Author's console; it will be possible to submit the supplementary material as a separate PDF file from the Author's console by selecting the appropriate menu item associated with the main file as illustrated below.

No, the supplementary material will not be published and it has not to be mentioned in any way in the paper, which must be self-contained; supplementary material is only intended for reviewers to get a more clear idea of the proposal, but it is not mandatory for them to take it into account.
