Registration

Important information

We recommend that you carefully read the registration terms before online registration.

• For each accepted paper to ICPR-2026 main conference, at least one author must be registered under a full registration registration category (not student registration).
• A Full Registration covers up to 3 papers, more than 3 papers pay another full registration.
• If co-authors want to register in addition, they pay IAPR or Non Member or Student fee rate.
• Attendees or visitors without paper pay full registration at a rate of IAPR or Non Member.
• If the paper exceeds 15 pages, you must pay 150€ for each additional page.

Note: If a paper is not registered under a full registration rate by this timeline, the paper will not be included in the program and in the conference proceedings.
