To help you enjoy a relaxed and convenient lunch during the conference, we highly recommend ordering one of our conference lunch boxes. With a 90 minute lunch break, staying in the Cité Internationale area is the easiest way to make the most of your time and avoid rushing back for the afternoon sessions. Nearby restaurants are also limited and typically cost €18 - 23 per meal (excluding drinks).
Even better, you can take your lunch box to the beautiful Parc de la Tête d'Or, Lyon's largest and most iconic park, located just a few minutes' walk from the Convention Centre. It's the perfect setting to relax, meet fellow participants, and enjoy one of the city's most treasured green spaces.

DAY 1 MENU – Monday, 17 August 2026
- Italian Salad: Green Puy lentil salad with shallots
- Meat Sandwich: Chicken, avocado, red onion, lime and mint yoghurt sauce
- Vegetarian Sandwich: Baguette sandwich with Saint-Marcellin cheese, baby spinach leaves, walnuts and mushrooms
- Dessert: Praline tart
DAY 2 MENU – Tuesday, 18 August 2026
- Romans Ravioli Salad: Romans ravioli salad with basil oil and Parmesan shavings
- Fish Sandwich: Tuna rillettes with lime zest, fresh vegetables, tomato and mesclun salad
- Vegetarian Sandwich: Grilled aubergine, mozzarella, pesto cream and young leaves
- Dessert: Brownie

- Basil Pesto Pasta Salad: Pasta salad with basil pesto, tomato, courgette, basil, black olives and garlic
- Meat Sandwich: Ham, Emmental cheese, pickle butter and mesclun salad
- Vegetarian Sandwich: Tomato and mozzarella, olive oil and young leaves
- Dessert: Cocoa and hazelnut filled muffin

- Baby Potato Salad: Grenaille potato salad with red onions, chervil and vinaigrette dressing
- Fish Sandwich: Salmon rillettes, dill cream, tomato and young leaves
- Vegetarian Sandwich: Grilled aubergine, mozzarella, pesto cream and young leaves
