⚠️ New important notice for Main Conference Accepted Paper Authors

After registration to the main conference, accepted paper authors will receive instructions to upload their paper to the Springer Nature server.

The upload period will open on April 20 and close on May 4. See details on camera-ready uploading to Springer here.

Camera-ready instructions for ICPR 2026 proceedings

Authors of accepted papers are required to submit the camera-ready version of their paper and the signed copyright form by 4 May 2026.

Instruction steps for authors to prepare camera-ready files:

  • Implement all necessary changes outlined by the reviewers. Please note that substantial changes to the reviewed paper are not allowed, except for those that address specific reviewers’ comments and improve the paper.
  • The template for the camera-ready papers is the same for initial submissions. The LaTeX template for LNCS can be downloaded here. It is also available on Overleaf. Note that the camera-ready paper is limited to 15 pages including references just like the submission.
  • The title and the authors on the camera-ready document must exactly match this information in the CMT submission form. Adding or removing authors is not permitted. Instead, adding acknowledgement information is encouraged when applicable.
  • Save both the LaTeX source files (with main.tex) AND the PDF of authors’ camera-ready paper copy (XXX.pdf) in a folder/directory on your computer, where XXX is the Paper ID number, which can be found in the notification of acceptance you received from CMT. Name the folder/directory using your Paper ID number.
  • Upload the folder/directory to the Meteor System (link provided by Springer). The corresponding author of each accepted paper will receive login instructions in the invitation email from the Meteor Support. Check your spam folder in case the email ends up there. After login, follow the instructions in the homepage of the Meteor System to complete your uploading process. Note that only the corresponding author has the authority to upload the camera-ready files.
  • Sign the License-to-Publish Agreement. After clicking the submit button, the author will be redirected to DocuSign to complete the contract signing process. The corresponding author, who must match the corresponding author marked in the header of the paper, must have the full right, power, and authority to sign the agreement on behalf of all of the authors of a particular paper, and accepts responsibility for releasing this material on their behalf.
  • A confirmation email from the Meteor System will be sent to you upon successfully completion of the uploading of camera-ready manuscript as well as License-to-Publish Agreement.

Each accepted paper requires at least one author to have performed a Full Author Registration by 13 April 2026 in order to include and publish the paper in the proceedings. Papers that are not covered by a validated registration by this date will be withdrawn. For more information, please see the ICPR 2026 : registration informations | ICPR2026website.

For any question related to the publication process, please do not hesitate to contact the publication_chairs@icpr2026.org. For more information on author guidelines, please refer to Springer Guidelines for Authors of Proceedings.

# Employees of US Government contractors or US Government departments often have to sign an alternative agreement. We urge such authors to contact their own legal departments. Any copyright issues must be resolved before the final files are sent to Springer, otherwise this can delay the publication process.
