The detailed program will be available on the website no later than six weeks before the conference start, that is, on Monday 6 July.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Your poster will be on display for one of the four conference days - and should remain on display for that entire day. Note that presenters are required to be present at their posters for discussion and questions during the designated poster session in the conference program.

Participants involved in the poster session are encouraged to arrive early on the morning of their scheduled day to allow sufficient time for poster setup before the conference begins. All posters should be removed no later than fifteen minutes after the end of the assigned day.

Poster Boards

Posters must be in portrait-oriented format and printed in A0 size, that is, 84 cm width by 119 cm height. The dimensions of the board where you will mount the poster are 2 m width by 1 m height.

The poster board has a front side and a back side, and will be shared with another poster presenter, with one presenter assigned to each side. So called Blu Tack will be provided for mounting on the board. If you require anything else, then please bring it with you.

Presentation Guidelines

We encourage clarity, readability, and accessibility of the poster both in terms of design as well as contents.

Printing of Posters

The Local Organisers have arranged a poster printing service if you prefer not to carry the poster with you to Lyon.

  • Online ordering is available via the COREP Villeurbanne–Lyon website
    • for Textile poster select "Canvas and Fabrics" – B1 Foldable Fabric (ideal for return transport), priced at €68 (VAT included)
    • for Paper poster select "Poster and Print" – 180 gsm matte paper (for transport in poster tube), priced at €44 (VAT included)
  • In the Comments field, write Corep Villeurbonne Agency – ICPR 2026
  • The purchase order is paid by credit card. After completing the payment, select pickup at the LYON GRANGE BLANCHE branch.
  • The deadline for submitting print orders is 12 August.
    • If the deadline is followed, then the poster will be picked up by the Local Organisers: local_chairs@icpr2026.org For later orders, you need to collect the poster yourself during the conference at the following address:
