ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Note that presenters are required to appear in the room no later than 10 minutes before the session starts. Present yourself to the Session Chair so they become aware of your presence. The Session Chair will introduce speakers to the audience before each presentation.
You will have 15 minutes for your presentation followed by 3-4 minutes of questions from the audience. Thereafter, the next speaker will be introduced by the Session Chair.
Presentation File
Power Point- or pdf slides (preferably in 16:9 format) for the oral presentations should be ready and uploaded to a designated server no later than 24 hours prior to the presentation.
We recommend saving a backup copy of your presentation on a USB flash drive and bringing it to the session in case of technical issues.
Technical Setup
Your presentation will be preloaded onto the conference room laptop and will be accessible from its desktop. The use of personal laptops is not permitted. A laser pointer will be available.

To ensure accessibility and engagement of the audience, we kindly encourage you to:
- Keep slides clear and readable. Use simple slides with minimal text and sufficiently large fonts.
- Make your talk accessible. Avoid unexplained jargon, define key terms, and use clear examples to support understanding.
- Communicate the broader context. Begin with a clear introduction, highlight the relevance of your work, and ensure that your key messages and conclusions are easy to follow within the allotted time.
