Application for IAPR Stipends completed

The IAPR Executive Committee announced that up to 25 conference registration fees would be waived through the IAPR stipend program to authors of accepted papers. These stipends aim to encourage participation from authors with very limited financial resources. 219 stipend applications were received from 44 countries. The ranking is now completed and the authors who were granted have been informed. Congratulations!
