Note about CMT issue allowing paper updates until January 13 (11:59pm Pacific Time)
A note has been added to the front page to inform authors about a CMT issue. Due to this issue, the ICPR 2026 submission portal will remain open until January 13, 11:59pm (US Pacific Time), allowing authors to update their papers.
